Who we are

Crazy Frog AI (crazyfrog-ai.net) is an independent tool, run by one individual developer, that turns your photos into short "invisible moped" chase videos. Questions about this policy go to support@crazyfrog-ai.net.

What we collect

1. Account details: your name, email address and sign-in method.
2. Photos you upload: the rider photo and, if you add one, the chaser photo.
3. Videos we make for you: the finished MP4 files and the scene you picked.
4. Purchases: what you bought, when, the amount and currency, and the name and email address on the payment. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
5. Basic usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, used to keep the site working and to fix problems.

How we use your photos

Your photos are used for one thing: making the video you asked for. To do that, they are sent to our AI video provider, which processes them under its own terms and does not get to use them for anything else on our behalf. We do not sell your photos, use them in ads, or use them to train AI models.

How long we keep things

• Uploaded photos are deleted 6 months after you upload them.
• Finished videos stay in My Videos until you ask us to delete them.
• You can ask us to delete your account, photos and videos at any time by emailing us.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe through its Managed Payments service, with Stripe's Link acting as the merchant of record. When you buy videos, you give your name, email address, billing address and payment details directly to Stripe and Link, which use them to take the payment, calculate and pay sales tax, VAT or GST, prevent fraud, handle disputes and send your receipt. They handle that data under their own privacy policies: the Stripe Privacy Policy and the Link Privacy Policy. We receive only what we need to add the videos to your account and to handle refunds, as listed above.

Sharing

We share data only with the services that run the site: hosting, storage, the AI video provider, email delivery and payments (Stripe and Link). We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. If analytics is enabled, it is used in aggregate to understand which pages are used.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 16, and photos of minors are not allowed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. Email support@crazyfrog-ai.net and we will answer within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
