Terms of Service

The rules for using Crazy Frog AI: photo consent, what you may not make, who owns your videos, pay-per-video payments through Stripe, taxes and refunds.

Last updated: 2026-10-18

The short version

Upload only yourself or people who agreed. No kids, no celebrities, nothing hurtful. A failed video goes back to your balance.

The service

Crazy Frog AI (crazyfrog-ai.net) makes short AI-generated videos of a person riding an invisible moped while being chased, based on the photos you upload and the scene you pick. It is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners of Crazy Frog, TikTok or any other brand mentioned on the site.

Your account

You need an account to make videos. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

Photos you upload

By uploading a photo you confirm that:

  • the photo shows you, or a person who has agreed to be in the video;
  • nobody in it is under 18;
  • nobody in it is a public figure or celebrity;
  • you have the right to use the photo.

You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to process them only to make your videos.

What you may not make

You may not use the service to harass, impersonate, mislead or embarrass anyone, to create sexual or violent content, or to break any law. We may refuse a request, delete content and close accounts that break these rules.

Your videos

You may download, keep and post the videos made from your own photos, including on social media. AI output varies: faces, details and motion can differ between runs, and we cannot promise a specific result.

Payments

  • You pay per video, in one-time packs of 1, 3 or 10 videos. There is no subscription.
  • Each chase you start uses one video from your balance.
  • Unused videos do not expire while your account is active.
  • If a video fails, it goes back to your balance automatically.

Purchases are processed by Stripe through its Managed Payments service. For your purchase, Stripe's Link acts as the merchant of record (the seller on your receipt, shown as "Sold through Link"), and Stripe's and Link's own terms also apply to the payment. This means:

  • Prices and taxes: prices are listed in US dollars. Checkout may show the price in your local currency, and sales tax, VAT or GST is added where your location requires it. The total is shown before you pay.
  • Receipts and invoices: Link emails your receipt and, where required, a tax invoice.
  • Payment questions: for questions about a charge, a receipt or a payment method, you can contact Link support at link.com or email us.
  • Availability: purchases are not available from every country, depending on where Managed Payments operates.

Refunds

  • Unused videos can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email us with the email address you signed up with.
  • Videos you have already used are not refundable, unless the law where you live says otherwise. If you are in the EU or UK, you agree that we start providing the service as soon as you start a video, and you lose your right to withdraw for that video once it has been made.
  • Stripe or Link may also refund a purchase directly, for example to resolve a payment problem or a dispute.
  • When a purchase is refunded, the videos it added are removed from your balance.

Sound and music

Videos are delivered without sound. If you add music, make sure you are allowed to use it, for example through the licensed sound library of the platform you post to.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions: support@crazyfrog-ai.net.
